Bats Global Markets (BATS) confirms IPO pricing at $19/share

Bats Global Markets (BATS) to be acquired by Chicago Board Option Exchange (CBOE) for $3.2 billion or $32.50 per share.  (9/26/16)
  

The size of the offering has been increased from the initially announced 11,200,000 shares of common stock to 13,300,000 shares of common stock. The shares of common stock are expected to begin trading on the Bats BZX Exchange on April 15, 2016, under the symbol "BATS."

===Virgin America (VA) was acquired by Alaska Air Group (ALK) for $2.6 billion

Alaska Air Group (ALK) acquired Virgin America (VA), at a valuation of $2.6 billion, with additional expenses bringing the cost to approximately $4 billion.  With the transaction, Virgin America became a sister carrier to the other Alaska Air Group subsidiaries Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air.
