California Resources Corporation (CRC) is an independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company. The Company is focused on assets in California. The Company has a mineral acreage position in the state consisting of approximately 2.3 million net acres spanning. The Company has an inventory of around 17,500 identified drilling locations. As of December 31, 2013, the Company produced approximately 154,000 Barrels of Oil Equivalent per Day (Boe/d) net. The Company has proved reserves of around 744 Million Barrels of Oil Equivalent (MMBoe), with approximately 69% proved developed and about 72% proved oil reserves. The Company’s production includes approximately 29 billion barrels (Bbls) of oil and 40 Trillion Cubic Feet (Tcf) of natural gas and approximately 53,000 active producing wells. The Company is a subsidiary of Occidental Petroleum Corporation.
